I want to get the right parts for my windows. I need to replace the mechanisms to four windows. Two of them are 33" number 3240. The another ones are 27" number 26DS 33. I have sent some photos for showing better my request. Could you please say me how I can order the parts. I want to replace everything because some pieces are broken.

Hi Henry. Assuming the nylon fittings are the same on both sets of balances, it appears you need either the Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two types of balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.
For the 33" balances, you'll need a stamp option of 3240. For the 27" balances, that stamp code is unusual; but the 33 should designate your window sash weighs 33 lbs. You may wish to double-check to be safe. If it weighs exactly 33 lbs, you can use either a stamp option of 2665.
