This is an old style channel balance that's no longer made, but we still may be able to help. I believe you can use a 22" long, 1/2" wide channel balance with a 19-025 top and 15-002 bottom nylon fitting. Does that look good to you?  It will be a custom order, but I think it's our best match for your original hardware.

I'd also go with the 2110 stamp option, which can carry a sash weight of 5 through 8 pounds. I'm less certain about that; I highly recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm it's right. If your sash weight differs, let me know and we can go with something better.

Otherwise, if that setup looks good to you then please tell me how many you need and we can get started on the custom order.

Thanks so much for the response. Your solution looks/sounds like it will work. I only need 4 of them. Two for now, two for when the other window breaks...LOL!

What else do you need from me to start the order/build? Given that it's custom, can you quote me the price?

Thanks!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

That's everything we need! I'll email you an order link and price quote now for 4 balances. This order link will let you add the custom balances to your shopping cart as if they were a normal stock product. From there, you can checkout or continue shopping per usual.
