This looks possibly like an S380-33, with a stamp option of 3230. However, note that this balance uses the 15-005 Bottom Nylon Shoe, which has a depth of 1". The depth is the 'heel-to-toe' measurement of the shoe. Double-check yours; if it's 7/8" instead you might need the 15-029 instead. We can custom build balances that use that shoe. Let us know if that's the case.
