Good afternoon,
We have a client looking to order Six (6) channel balances as per the sample provided.
They are white, 1/2" x 9/16" x 1/2" x 21" metal to metal.
Labeled "21B KG5 CMC 51"

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! The balance you have is the S770-21 with a 15-044 Balance Attachment. We'll need to add the attachment to the balances, so these will need to be a custom assembly.

If you are in need of the replacement for the shoe, these are often used with the 15-216 T-Lock Pivot Shoe. They are sold separately from the balance, so they'd need to be added to the cart from the website.
