I'm not sure exactly what this is. Can you give me the height of the balance? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? Finally, could I see a clearer picture of the metal clip that hooks into the shoe?

As for the shoe itself, I think our 15-212 might be a match. This is 15/16" wide and 3/8" thick. Does that match yours?

YES, the 3/8" thick and 15/16" wide matches mine and the length of the metal is 35".
When you asked for the height of the balance do you mean the whole length of the window track?
Am going try to upload a better pic of the metal clip.

Thank you! Yes, I think our 15-212 can work based on your dimensions. As for the balance, you gave the length as 35" and width as 7/16", but what is the height of the metal channel?

I am thinking you are asking for the complete measurement of the metal window channel (top to bottom of the window?)
It measures 71 inches.

No, I'm sorry. I need all the dimensions of the metal channel for the balance. You only gave the length and width, but I also need the height. You could also consider it the depth. It's the only measurement of the metal channel that you haven't given. I just need to know if it's 7/16" square or if the height/depth is different. I apologize for the confusion.

Thank you for your patience. We can custom make this balance for you, though we can only supply the metal channel. You will need to reuse your "Y" attachment at the top. You would install it on our custom made balance with a 62-004 rivet. Would this solution work for you?

I believe Paul mentioned above that our 15-212 shoe could work as a possible replacement, based on your pictures and dimensions. This does not come with the balance but it can be added to the same order.
