Channel Balance ID

I have a channel balance that is stamped 26 9 LU CMC 1. Looking for a replacement channel balance. I have no idea who the window manufacturer is. But by looking at the photos on your website i believe it is a 1/2" 27" Series 380 with 19-005/15-005. Can you please confirm this by the stamp info only? Thanks.

To get started, please submit a couple photos of your balance attachments so we can confirm the correct replacements. You could possibly have the 15-004, not the 15-005.

We will need the weight of the window sash to continue.

Please remove the window sash and place it on a scale and report to us the weight in pounds.

Window sash are roughly 18 pounds to 25 pounds.. 25 being the heaviest one out of group.

I appears you'll need the S385-27 Channel Balance with stamp option 2640.

The 2640 will support a sash weight range of approximately 19 through 26 lbs. This information is based on two balances per sash.
