Channel Balance ID

A quick learner from USA says:
October 13, 2017
It is 25 inches long and 1/2 in wide. The number on it is 2430.

It is for a non-tilt double hung sash window.

Having difficulty matching up the balance shoe and guide at each end.

The balance shoe is a little uniquely designed, but I'm wondering if it's the same as our more modern 15-004. Carefully look over the measurements we show for this shoe. Do you find that they match up?
