I saw the video on 'How to Identify Your Channel Balances' on your website.
I would like some help finding the correct Channel Balances for a non-tilt window.
The measurement length is 33 inches without the attachments.
I did not see any stamps or other markings on the old channel balances

I believe part of the balances' shoe is broken off. I recommend comparing to an undamaged version if possible to confirm the right measurement.
It appears you have either the Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.
Since there are no markings on the original channel, you will need to weigh the sash. From there take the sash weight and compare to the strength chart on the corresponding product page to choose the correct stamp option to support the sash.
