Channel Balance Identification

Hello SWISCO,

I am in need of help identifying a channel balance. Please see attached pictures and let me know if I can purchase a replacement with your company.

The length from metal to metal (left to right) is 15 inches, and the with is 5/8.

Hi Susan,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S380 or S385 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 1440 spring weight option for the correct balance.
