"1490 21" followed by "7M" in a font half the size of the previous numbers. To the right of the "7M" the stamp "168" or possibly "169" (also in a smaller font) is shown sideways with the number one on top.

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have a Series 385 Channel Balance. Could you confirm that the length of the metal channel (but not including the nylon attachments) is 15 inches long? If so, see our S385-15. Finally, your stamp option of '1490' is from an older rating system we don't use. To know which stamp option to select, you will have to weigh your window sash. You can then use that precise weight to select the corresponding stamp option listed on the product page.
