Channel Balance Identification

String broken on balance. markings are 2340 HE BSI The HE is very small just after the 2340. The BSI is sideways and very small just after the HE. The markings are faint and would not show up with my camera.

Thanks for posting. Please confirm that the metal channel is 24", not including the end nylon attachments. If so, please see our S395-24 Channel Balance. You will need to select a stamp option. Your stamp option of 2340 is for a window sash in the weight range of 18 through 23 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
