Channel Balance Identification

A quick learner from Washington says:
I need 2 replacement channel balances but am unsure of which one is the correct one.

Length of channel balance (not including the attachments) is 33in.

The stamp on the rail in IMG-9556.jpg states '32 4 GP CALDWELL'

Please link me to the correct item, thanks.

This looks possibly like our S395-33. However, it looks like the bottom nylon shoe might be a bit damaged. I'd check another balance to see if its shoe has wings or not, or those "tabs" that the top nylon fitting has. If it has wings, let me know before proceeding.
