Hello
I'm trying to identify the correct replacement for channel balance on a non-tilt vertical slide window. The metal is 1/2 inch wide and measures 26 inches and 11/16 to be exact. As the image shows, the marking on the metal says "26 9" I tried looking for the replacement on the site but did not find one that had the same "foot" plastic part as the one I have. I apologize for what probably sounds like a very newbie description. If I missed anything, please let me know.

Hello, thanks for writing in! We can likely help with this, but you are right that it does not match any of our stock options. It will have to be custom made. Firstly, can you please confirm the length of the metal channel? When determining this measurement be sure to exclude the plastic attachments at either end. If you would like to proceed with a custom order, can you please tell me your desired quantity?
