I need channel balancers for two windows in my home; just realized they were missing when I moved in. The window manufacturer is a local company called Insulate Industries, which was then acquired by PlyGem Windows. The attached photos are of a balancer from an identical window, which doesn't seem to exactly match any of the designs on your site. They are 9/16" wide and 14" long.
Can you advise on where I can find this type of balance, or if any of the ones listed on your site are a suitable substitute?
