Channel Balance Identification Needed

A quick learner from Naples florid a says:
36 3. F9. Caldwell
That's the number stamp ed on the balance
The balance is actually 37" long
The balance is 6/8ths wide
Top plastic piece is 1 1/2" long and 6/8ths wide with the wings 7/8 this wide
Bottom wings are 7/8ths wide and 1 1/2" long.

Can't find a number that matches any thing online?
Can you help

Thanks for posting. The stamp code number actually only refers to the calibration of the spring within the balance; it has nothing to do with the identity of the balance, or the Series, itself. The balance Series is determined by the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel. 

In your case, it appears you have either a S380-37 or S385-37. The only difference between these two balance Series is the depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. 

Finally, you'll have to select a stamp option. This is where that stamp code of 36 3 is needed, as this conforms to our stamp option of 3630. Let me know if you have any other questions.
