Channel Balance Length

Hi,
I have a broken channel balance. The length of the metal channel is 32-9/16". I believe the model number is your 380. Would a 32" or a 33" work? Or do I need a custom balance channel?
The channel is stamped 32 5 9sideways BSI0 EP

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Our Series 380 will not replace this. Before we begin, can you tell me how many you need? Once I k now that, I'll email you an order link and price quote.
