We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see both end fittings of your balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Your stamp code is also from an outdated weight system that is no longer used, so you will need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart on our balance product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight once we determine the correct series. Thank you! 

You are correct that you'll need to remove the balances. When we mentioned that you'll need to weigh the sash, we are referring to the part of the window that you open and close. We find it easiest to put it on a bathroom scale to get the weight while it is removed to access the balances.
