Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this but we will need more information. Can you remove an undamaged assembly and show us photos as shown in the video below? We will also need to see a shot of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism.

Hi,

I replied via email to experts@swisco.com on 4/15 but not sure if you got it.

See attached photos

Window weight = 26.5 lbs
Balance length = 30 inches
Width = 1/2 inch front and sides, 10/16 or .625 inches for back

I hope photos help--I couldn't see any numbers unfortunately.

Thank you kindly! We're almost there. I'm afraid these photos don't show the innerspring connection. That is usually located in the middle of the inside of the channel, where the spring ends.

Thanks.

I hope these photos help.

They do, thanks so much! Based on what I see here, I recommend either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. As for the stamp option, you can use the 2940 stamp for your replacements. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 23 to 28 pounds.

Looks like I will go with the 380 since my balance shoe measures 1".

Thank you very much!!!
