I am trying to identify the correct channel balance to order. My part looks just like part number S350-28, but the part number stamped on my channel balance does not match any of the options shown for that product on the web site. My channel balance is showing a number 27DS...42. Please see the attached image. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting! Before I can recommend an applicable stamp option for you to look at, could you first give us the weight of your window sash? You can find this out by removing your sash and placing it on a scale; any common bathroom scale should do.
To see how you can remove your window sash, please take a look at our tutorial video which details how to replace your non-tilt channel balance.

Thank you. I would choose the 2760 stamp option. A pair of S350-28 channel balances with a 2760 option can carry a window sash weight range of 30 through, and including, 33 pounds.
Please keep in mind that the weight range capacity information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate
