I need assistance identifying the specific channel balance to order for my window that has become difficult to close.


The channel balance is stamped: 26 4 KV CMC 9
It is 27 inches long.
The shoe is 1 3/16" in length
non tilt window
width of the balance is 1/2"

Actually, I did not measure the shoe. I measured the top plastic part that was 1 3/16" inch long. Let me know if you need other information.

Just took out the window again (3rd time's a charm). The plastic shoe is 1 inch deep and 1 1/8" tall.

The channel balance that has a 1" deep winged shoe and a winged top is our Series 380 balance. The 26 4 stamp would usually correspond to an S380-27 with a 2640 option, but you can weigh the window sash to verify that.
