Question

Hello, I was hoping by the pictures attached you could tell me which balances i need to purchase. There is no engraved numbers just a printed code 16 4 IP Caldwell

Hi there- thanks for reaching out!

It's hard to tell because of the angle, but it looks like you have either our Series 380 or our Series 385 channel balance. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The Series 385 balance has a 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32" deep while the Series 380 balance has a 15-005 shoe, which is 1" deep. Compare the shoe on your balance to the measurements (as pictured below) and get back to us with that info.

In regards to the length and stamp "option" that you will need to select at checkout- you will just need to confirm that you channel balance length (metal channel only) is 17". Lastly, you will select the 1640 option at checkout which correlates with the 16 4 stamp on your balance.
