Channel Balance Part for Alenco Window

Question

Please tell me your part number for the channel balance parts to repair an Alenco single sash window. The channel is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. 27C is stamped on the channel. Also BSL is stamped on the channel. The window was originally installed in 1985

Thanks for posting. I would recommend either our S351-28 or S390-28, depending on the size of the bottom shoe. You will need to measure yours and refer to our dimensions in order to confirm a match. As for the top sash guide, start by looking at our 18-009. I would also recommend comparing your dimensions to ours.
