Thanks for getting back to me. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this Top Sash Guide. In a lot of ways the 18-107 looks right, because it has that same unique cap, but the hole placement is different. See the dimensions below. It's possible, if the dimensions otherwise seem right, that you could just form a new hole to install this. But I cannot guarantee that would work.
The 18-108 might prove to be a closer match, though the top is a little different. Take a look at the dimensions below and see if you think this could work instead. Let me know what you think.
