Hi...I need channel balancers for Atrium Windows. I don't see any markings on the parts. here are dimensions and I've attached a picture - particularly of the end pieces. I need the following quantity and was wondering what shipping time would be. I'd be interested in an escalated delivery and pay for that. What are my options?
I need 22 of these:
Metal Rod - 29" x 1/2"
I need two of these:
Marking: 22-4 AA CMC 7
22 7/8" x 1/2"

Good morning, and thanks for posting. Looks like your top attachment is winged, while your bottom is not. Since this doesn't match any of our standard Series, your balance will have to be specially made.
Before I can work on that, though, I'll need to figure out what that bottom shoe is. Check out our 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match.

Hi tom...Hmmm...that's really odd because there are over 200 Greystone homes in my subdivision that all have the same Atrium windows. I can't believe the are so rare. Not saying you're wrong - you're the expert but I think I need to do some more research and call Atrium again. I really don;t want to get into custom made stuff as I can imagine the time and expense with that.

Hi Steve, I just wanted to mention that for this type of custom balance it is not a huge time consuming deal for us to make up for you. The fittings and channel balances are normally in stock; even the standard series you see on our site are made to order. Please take a moment to respond with details for us to quote, we may just surprise you.

Thanks for getting back to us, Steve. I'm afraid our phone representatives cannot identify this balance for you, but I can. You don't even have to send a sample! I have all the information I need, I just need to know what bottom shoe you have (see my post above) and what number is printed on each balance you're replacing. With those two pieces of information, we can get this started.

Hey, I see you sent us a sample. Thanks! Now I can get you started on your custom order. You have two balances, a 29" balance and a 23" balance, both with the same attachments. Check out this Custom Form for the 29" Balance and this Custom Form for the 23" Balance. I've started these for you already based on your specifications, so all you have to do is fill out the rest of the information. One of our representatives will get back to you with a price quote and an item to add to your cart.
UPDATE: These balances no longer need to be custom ordered. See S395-23 and S395-29
