I have a broken channel balance I'm looking to find a replacement part for.
The Series 380 seems to be the right product but I have a couple of questions before buying:
1. The one I have has a wheel in the shoe. The 380 part shows no wheel. Will this work without the wheel?
2. The one I have (metal only) measures 31 3/4" long. It does have a part marking stamp that says 31DS pv45 which makes me think 31". Is the 31" the right length?

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order. The Series 380 will not work.
Can you just show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? That's an important detail that we'll need to confirm the best match. I'd also like to know how many you need, since custom orders require a pre-set quantity.
