Metal Channel = 27"
I need a pair to try and see if I can replace it. If I could, then I have over 15 windows that may need repair.

To further review, we will need to see an undamaged balance where we can view the end shoe attachment to confirm which series you have. Unfortunately without seeing the shoe, we cannot determine the proper replacement. Thank you!
