A quick learner from USA says:
My shoe appears to be 5/8" in width.

Are you able to recommend a replacement for my balances.

Thanks for writing in. I believe this is a damaged balance. Can you procure an undamaged version, perhaps from an identical window in the house? The shoe should be a bit deeper. From there we'll do our best to ID what you need.

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi, please see the attached photos of the only channel balance that was working/not broken. Let me know if this helps, thansk

Thanks for the new photos. Is the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, 29" long? If so, see either our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp choose 2830.

Hi,

I have ordered the channel balance you directed me to, but while it was installing them, I noticed my Top Sash Guides are all broken. Can you direct me to the correct part to replace my top sash guides. I attached picture of an intact one

My first recommendation would be the 18-009. This looks a lot like yours, and the dimensions are pretty close, too; that said, a photo of a tape measure isn't always easy to read. You should review our listed measurements just to be 100% sure that everything lines up.

Thank you for these dimensions, they're a big help. Based on this diagram I would recommend the 18-199.
