So long as the depth of the shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, is 1", then I agree this appears to be an S380-37. This is a special stamp, but we should be able to replace it with one of ours; the two numbers after the DS should indicate the exact weight of the window sash. Thus, if the sash weighs 45 pounds exactly, you can use our stock stamp option of 3670, which will support a window sash in the weight range of 42 through 45 pounds.
