Channel Balance Quote Request

Thanks for posting. Was there a stamp on the 13" balances for a 14 pound window? Please confirm. If the window weighs exactly 14 pounds, a stamp of 1250 should work--this supports a sash in the weight range of 12 through 15 pounds. 

I strongly suggest you send us photos of the balances, specifically the nylon fittings on each end and the stamp code on the metal channel, before proceeding. If there's any chance these are not, in fact, Series 385 balances, then you'll need something else, and as custom balance orders are not refundable it's always best to be thorough. 

Otherwise I'm sending you an email with two purchase links enclosed: one to order (4) 13" Series 385 balances stamped 1250; the other to order (6) 24" Series 385 balances stamped 23DS26. Again, please be absolutely certain this is the right balance Series you need. Do send photos if you want us to confirm, and let me know if you have any questions prior to placing this order.
