I am looking to order (4) of these types of balances.
The balance has a model number stamped into the front side, I believe it reads "333000HN" and there may be a "J" off to the left the model number. The balances were part of windows of an unknown manufacturer, installed in my home around 1995 or 1996. Here are the dimensions of the balance:
Length: 34"
Channel Inside Width: 1/2"
Channel Inside Depth: 5/8"

Thanks for posting. I believe you have some of the last windows Capitol industries made before they were bought out. These windows used balances with nylon fittings that none of our stock items feature; but we'd be happy to provide them for you via custom order. I just sent you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (4) 34" balances, stamped 3330, with the 15-095 shoe and 19-024 top fittings attached. Hello. I am looking for 12 similar window balances. Mine also have the same stamp with what looks like a lower case e stamped to the left of the numbers 333000hn. Can you provide a quote for 12 of these? I dont believe i will need the sash guides.

Hello there. A lot of balances that look a lot like another actually are critically different. Similar isn't good enough to go by, especially with custom balances that are not refundable. Please remove your old balances from the window and send us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. Confirm the metal channel length, not including the nylon end attachments, and show us a clear photo of the stamp on the metal channel. We should be able to narrow this down from there.
