Channel Balance RE: #2930 j

Home Owner from Florida
Hi Tom-

My dad, Jerry Nappi, asked me to send you some pictures of the part he needs. The images are attached. Please let me and my dad know if you need anything else. I can send you more pictures because this site only allows me to attach 5.

Thanks,

Stephanie

Hey, Stephanie, thanks for posting. It looks like this bottom shoe is our 15-005, but I still need to know what the top attachment is. Take a look at our 19-002 and 19-005. Which one of these look closest?

I think it might be the 19-005, but I'm not quite sure. I'm just going from the pictures my dad sent to me, as I am not physically in front of the part. It is hard to tell because the specific piece you are asking about is broken and the side tab in 19-005 might be broken off.

I'm not sure if this helps, but he said the middle part is #2930. Let me know if you would like more pictures.

Thanks,
Stephanie

Thanks for getting back to us, Stephanie. It's really hard to say what your top attachment is if yours is missing. The only difference between our 19-002 and 19-005 is that the 19-005 has wings while our 19-002 does not. If I had to guess, I'd say that since your bottom shoe has wings, the top attachment on your balance is our 19-005. However, that is still just a guess.

If your dad can check the other balance found in the window and see if it still has its top attachment, all it would take is a glance to see if it has wings or not. That way we can know for sure. If it does, then I think you'll be looking at our S380-30 with a 2930 option.

Great! Looks like the 19-005, since it has wings. I recommend you take a look at our S380-30 balance with a 2930 option. Does that look good to you? You may also be interested in our handy tutorial video which shows the proper replacement method.
