Channel Balance Replacement

Thank you for your patience while we look into this. I'm afraid we haven't been able to find a good match for this balance. The issue is that top nylon fitting; I've never seen one in this style. Would it be possible to see a photo of it from the front? Can you also show me the top sash guide it locks into? That will be a huge help. Thank you!
