Channel Balance Replacement

A quick learner from Fort Worth, Tx says:
Don't entirely know what happened but it just looks like one of the cords broke. They're right around 27 15/16 inches.

Hi there!

Your balance looks like a match for our S395-28 but compare our specifications to yours to see what you think. I can't make out the stamp on your metal channel so you may want to check the other balance to see if that stamp is easier to read. If not, you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S395-28 store page to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.

Your metal channel should also measure as 28" long so you'll want to triple check this measurement. Make sure to not include the plastic fittings in this measurement.
