Hello, I would like to get a quote for two channel balance. I understand this is a customer order as it is not available in stock. Below are the specs for the balance.
Length: 26"
Width: 9/16"

Thanks for your post! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement assemblies you need. Although, to narrow down the correct series, I'll need to see a photo of the balance shoe.

The stamp from the balance tells us the weight range it should be able to support but I cannot use it to identify the series.

Hi Jasmine,
Thank you for the quick response. The balance didn't have a shoe when I took the window apart. I was under the impression that some balances don't have them. Am I correct in assuming that this balance is not supposed to have one?

In my experience, I have not come across a balance that does not have them. My best suggestion would be to check for any other similar windows in the building to see if they might have them.

If you find they also do not have them, I'll need to loop our senior experts in to review this.
