Channel Balance Replacement

Hello,

I need to replace a couple sets of channel balances and am hoping you can help me hone in on the correct parts. The first 4 pictures starting with the one stamped with a "30" on it are all from the same channel balance. The metal part of the sash is 31 inches. The last picture with the "15" stamped on it is from a different balance, but I believe they have the same style end caps. (I have pictures of the other one too, but could only upload 5 pictures.) The one with "15" stamped on it is 16 inches long. Are you able to direct me as to which parts I should buy? These are for "Pacific Windows" brand windows if that is helpful.

Hi Cynthia, thanks for all the balance info! Based off of your photos and the stamps you provided, I think you may need our S380-16/S380-31 or the S385-16/S385-31. You'll need to measure the depth of the bottom end cap to determine between the two. They're basically identical balances, except the S385 shoe has a depth of 1-3/32" and the S380 has a depth if 1".
