Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Based on the characteristic nylon attachments this looks like either our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 351 the depth of the nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 390 it is 1-1/8". Based on your helpful photo, it looks you might have a shoe with depth closer to the Series 390--but double check to be certain.

Could you confirm that the length of the metal channel (but not including the nylon attachments) is 29 inches? If so, then you likely either need the S351-29 or the S390-29, with a stamp option of 2830.
