The springs holder appears to be just over 1/2" wide length is 25-1/8 overall (including plastic ends)

This looks like a Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need to measure the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on both ends, to know what length you need. Let me know if you have further questions.
