I am seeking the proper part number to replace the channel balance hardware in a single hung window. I have attached photos photos of parts of the existing channel balance hardware, one of which includes the product identification number. I have also measured the metal channel only for length and it is approximately 33".
Please advise the proper replacement part(s) at your earliest convenience.

Hi there!
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength of 3230.
