Hi there -
I have a part that I need replaced, I think its a block and tackle sash balance. I tried to follow the online steps on your website, but I can see enough detail on the last part to know which replacement item is the one I need. I can tell that somehow, the string inside the part has gotten twisted up and I don't think I wanna try taking apart to fix. Here are some pics to help:

Hello!
We appreciate you reaching out to us. We can definitely help with this but it will need to be a custom order. What you have here is an extended travel channel balance which has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 32-7/8".
