Channel Balance Replacement

Question

Twice a year I clean the outside of my windows.  This year one of the balances came lose and fell in the back of my building.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S351-15 or S390-15 to me. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or its 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below for reference. Measure the depth of your old balance's shoe to see which replacement matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option, choose 1420. Let me know if you have any other issues.
