Channel Balance Replacement

Hi,

I need to replace a few channel balances for the aluminum windows at my rental properties. I found the 24" and 28" series 730 channel balances being the closest match. However, I noticed the balance shoes are not the same. Could you take a look at the attached images and advise what I should order?

We can absolutely provide you with the proper replacement channel balances. Yours, however, may require a custom balance.

Before we move on, can you give us any markings or stamps on your channel balance?

24" has a stamp: 2330
28" has: 2730

BTW, a year or so ago, I bought a bunch of replacement balances from a local store and found out they are one inch longer each, which made the installation quite challenging.

You might have Series 390 balances, compare the measures of the shoe to the measurements we have online for the 15-001, Balance Fitting especially.

If it is Series 390, both 24" Series 390 with stamp 2330 and 28" Series 390 with stamp 2730 are available online.
