Channel Balance Replacement Needed

Hello,
My channel balance broke; the cable snapped. I'm trying to find the comparable replacement part. The markings on the channel are 29-HV CMC 7 and the window has an identifier of H-C40-54x90. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You will need to measure an undamaged balance shoe for accuracy.

Based on the stamp, the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 30" long, please compare.

There is a number missing after the 29 on your balance. This number indicates the strength of the spring needed. Since it is rubbed off, you will need to remove the sash and weigh it on a bathroom scale. From there compare to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct stamp option to support the sash.
