Window Balance 29 4 GW CMC 7

Hello,

Here are photos of the old part. The dimensions of the metal are 30" tall, 9/16" channel depth, and 5/8" width. The marking on the window balance is 29 4 GW CMC 7. The window sash weighs 20 lbs. What part # should I order?

Thank you for your interest in SWISCO hardware. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back. The series 380 has a 15-00 shoe which is 1" from front to back. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please let me know if you have other questions.
