Channel Balance Replacement Parts

Good morning! I need to order replacement channel balances for some old (but still serviceable) aluminum casement windows. The channel balance measurements are 23 7/8" long, 5/8" deep and 1/2" wide. The only marking on the balance is '2320'. I've attached several photos to show the nylon end sections of each balance. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like a match for the S351-24 or S390-24. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below.

The length of the balance should be 24", however. Can you double-check that for us?

Thanks, I'm sure they are 24". I just need a better measuring tape. I went ahead and ordered the
S390 series lifts, so thanks for your assistance!
