Channel balances in both windows are 28” long (metal portion only) and 29” long with plastic fittings.
The bottom shoe on all channel balance fittings measures 1-3/32” depth.
Both windows weigh 35 pounds.
Window A Stamp: (Side 1) 2790 BSI PN 30 and (Side 2) 2790 BSI JN 30.
Window B Stamp: (Both Sides) 2740 BSI PO

We should be able to help with both balances, but your photos are missing a clear shot of the top plastic fitting. This is an essential detail and we can't move forward without it. Once I see that, I can make a recommendation.
