Need two replacement channel balances.
They are identified as 2290 followed by 33.
Heel to toe measurement is 1 3/32 and length of metal channel is 27 inches.
Sash weight is 31.5 lbs.
Your recommended replacement please.
See photos.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-23 or S385-23, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Based on your sash weight of 31.5 pounds, I would also recommend the 2265 stamp option, which carries 30 through 34 pounds.

Tom,

Based on your response it seems I need the S385-27 balance with a 2265 stamp option.

This should give me a 27 inch balance that is recommended for a 31.5 lb. sash.

Please provide price and availability for two balances with the appropriate nylon end pieces, rivets, etc.

Please include sash cams (2) and balance clips.

Thanks,

Joe

Great! You can review pricing on the S385-27 store page, linked to above. All of our balances come fully assembled and ready to install out of the box.

I'm afraid I don't know what sash cams or balance caps you need. I would need photos of each in order to make a recommendation.

Tom,
S385-27 does not have a 2265 option for my 31.5 lbs. sash!

Sorry for the confusion.  I was going off of your original statement of having a 2290 stamp. For a 27" long metal channel and a 31.5 pound sash, you want the 2660 option.

You can see a chart on the S385-27 store page that tells you exactly how much weight each option supports. In the case of the 2660, that's 30 through 33 pounds.
