Channel Balance Replacements

Good afternoon,
I am searching for replacement channel balances for the photographed original balances. These are used on windows that weigh 51.5lbs, and the channel measures 36" in length.
I am looking for (4) of these. Please let me know if anything else is needed. Thank you!

Thank you for contacting us. Your sash weight exceeds our standard weight chart, so this will require a custom order. It seems that your balance could be either the S380-36 or the S385-36. The S380 has a 1" deep shoe, while the S385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Please measure the shoe as illustrated below and let us know your measurements. Additionally, could you provide a closer photo of the front of the shoe? Thank you!
