Thanks for posting. I definitely think we can replace this for you. Can you show us closer pictures of the balance's nylon attachments? I want to confirm some details about them so I know what kind of balance you need. As far as pricing of the balance itself, you'll be able to determine this once you know which kind of balance you need. When you checkout on our online store, you will have a selection of shipping options to choose from as well. Many thanks!

Hi Jennifer, thanks for getting back to us. Based on the nylon attachments and the other information you've provided, take a look at either our S351-33 or S390-33 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Essentially, the stamp option represents the amount of weight your balance is calibrated to support. Your stamp option of 3250 is for a window sash in the weight range of 28 through 32 lbs.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
