Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace this balance, but I'll need a little more information to be able to help. Can you show us the attachment(s) on either end of the metal channel? And can you confirm the length of the metal channel itself, not including the end attachment(s)? Many thanks.

The metal channel is 27"

Thanks for the added photos. See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamped number of 26 3 conforms to our stamp option of 2630, for a window sash in the weight range of 13 through 19 lbs.
