Channel Balance Selection Inquiry

Hello SWISCO Experts,

I am seeking a replacement Channel Balance. The current broken one has a length of a little over 24 in. There is a bit of faded script noting "23 5 BV CMC 2". The string is approximately 33.5in long. Can you please assist me in finding a replacement? Let me know if you need additional photos.

Hey Esa. This looks like either an S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of that bottom nylon attachment, or the shoe. The depth can be thought as the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the illustration below for reference. Measure your old balance shoe's depth to see which choice matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option go with 2350. Let me know if you have further questions.
